If you encounter bugs, issues, or unexpected behaviour, please contact us with:

• A clear description of the issue.

• Endpoint affected.

• If you experienced this issue on the Sandbox (testing) environment, or if this is happening on the Production environment.

• Request and response examples (including headers and body if possible).

• Timestamp of the request in the description, as well as any other information that may help us diagnose quicker.
