A clear description of the issue.
Endpoint affected.
If you experienced this issue on the Sandbox (testing) environment, or if this is happening on the Production environment.
Request and response examples (including headers and body if possible).
Timestamp of the request in the description, as well as any other information that may help us diagnose quicker.
