All dates and times received by the API will be in ISO 8601 format 2019-01-22 08:55:59.

All times received by the API will be in NZT timezone.

If your system uses a different time zone format, please ensure that any dates are converted to the correct timezone and formatted correctly before being sent to the API, or after being returned in a response.
